Do you have any active discount codes?
We always offer 10% off for first time newsletter subscribers. It's our way of saying thank you for joining the Sunchild family. You may sign up at the bottom of this page under SUBSCRIBE. It will provide you with the 10% off discount code immediately and also in your email. This code can only be used once per customer.
Why can't I create an account in your shop to save my address and payment information?
We prefer to keep your personal information as private as possible. Therefore, we like to store as little of this information as possible. Plus, it slows down your check out when you're a new customer or you're a returning customer and you just can't seem to remember your password.
I'm trying to check out and my payment isn't going through.
We have several security measures in place to protect you. Double check your cvv (card verifcation value) is entered in correctly. If you are still having issues, try selecting PayPal as your payment method to see if that alternative method works. If you're still having issues, email us at contact(at)shopsunchild(dot)com and we'll figure it out!
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the size, weight and value of your package.

When do you ship packages?
We ship packages 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and packing your order. Once your order is shipped, please allow 3-6 business days to receive your package for US addresses and 14 business days for International addresses. If you need your package sooner, please email us at contact(at)shopsunchild(dot)com for our expedited shipping options.
Will I receive a confirmation email or tracking number once I place my order?
Yes! You will first receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information. If you have not received these emails, check your spam folder or get in touch with us at contact(at)shopsunchild(dot)com.
My USPS tracking says the package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything.
Sorry USPS is taking awhile to get the package to you! Packages can get hung up at certain points for a variety of reasons. Email us at contact(at)shopsunchild(dot)com and we'll create a case for USPS to locate the package. For International deliveries, it is common to see a large gap in time with no USPS tracking scans. This is typically between the time your package has left the US and is en route to the receiving country. It typically takes 14 business days (sometimes more, sometimes less) to deliver.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on all unworn and unwashed items. Swim, lingerie, and special orders are final sale. If your shipping address is in the US, email us at contact(at)shopsunchild(dot)com within 7 days of when your package was delivered for a Return Authorization Form. The Return Authorization Form does not include a return shipping label. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the package. Once you receive our Return Authorization Form, fill it out and include it with your return package. Please note, return packages must arrive back at Sunchild within 14 days of when the Return Authorization was emailed to you. If your shipping address is International, please note we do not currently accept returns. We are unable to refund shipping fees. What's your return policy on sale items?
We're happy to offer returns on sale items and items purchased with a discount code as long as your items are unworn and unwashed. Swim, lingerie, and special orders are final sale.
I'd like to exchange my item.
Exchanges are treated as a return and a separate purchase. Feel free to purchase the desired size or style in conjunction with going through the return process. We have limited quantities and cannot guarantee your desired size or style will still be available at a later date. Discounts used initially are not applicable to new purchases if they are expired. Thanks for understanding.
