We're an online shop at this time, but contact us anytime and we're here to help! For our customers based locally in Houston, TX, we offer fitting sessions at Sabine Street Studios (1907 Sabine St., Houston, TX 77007) by appointment only. Email us to schedule your appointment.
We always offer 10% off for first time newsletter subscribers. It's our way of saying thank you for joining the Sunchild family. You may sign up at the bottom of this page. It will provide you with the 10% off discount code immediately and also in your email. This code can only be used once per customer.
We prefer to keep your personal information as private as possible. Therefore, we like to store as little of this information as possible. Plus, it slows down your check out when you're a new customer or you're a returning customer and you just can't seem to remember your password.
We have several security measures in place to protect you. Double check your cvv (card verifcation value) is entered in correctly. If you are still having issues, try selecting PayPal as your payment method to see if that alternative method works. We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on the size, weight and value of your package.

Yes! Local Pick Up is available in Houston, TX at Genara (3518 White Oak Dr, Houston, TX 77007). Select Local Pick Up during checkout if you'd like to pick up your order. Orders made before 5 PM local time Friday will be available at Genara starting the following Monday. Orders must be picked up within 7 days. Note, Genara is closed on Tuesdays.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and packing your order. Once your order is shipped, please allow 3-6 business days to receive your package for US addresses and 14 business days for International addresses. If you need your package sooner, please email us at contact(at)shopsunchild(dot)com for our expedited shipping options.
Yes! You will first receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information. If you have not received these emails, check your spam folder or get in touch with us at contact(at)shopsunchild(dot)com.
Sorry USPS is taking awhile to get the package to you! Packages can get hung up at certain points for a variety of reasons. Email us at contact(at)shopsunchild(dot)com and we'll create a case for USPS to locate the package. For International deliveries, it is common to see a large gap in time with no USPS tracking scans. This is typically between the time your package has left the US and is en route to the receiving country. It typically takes 14 business days (sometimes more, sometimes less) to deliver.

We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items that do not say final sale in the product listing. If the product listing does not mention final sale, it is eligible for a return. Swim, lingerie, hair accessories, masks, and special orders are always final sale.
If your shipping address is in the US, email us at contact(at)shopsunchild(dot)com within 7 days of when your package was delivered for a Return Authorization Form. The Return Authorization Form does not include a return shipping label. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the package. If you are returning your entire order and your original order shipped for free, the original shipping amount we paid for your shipping label will be deducted from your refund total. Once you receive our Return Authorization Form, fill it out and include it with your return package. Please note, return packages must be postmarked within 7 days of when the Return Authorization was emailed to you.
If your shipping address is International, please note we do not currently accept returns. We are unable to refund shipping fees.
We're happy to offer our regular return policy on sale items and items purchased with a discount code as long as your items are unworn and unwashed, and the product listing does not specifically say final sale. Swim, lingerie, hair accessories, masks, and special orders are always final sale.
