Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders may not be delivered on weekends or Federal holidays, depending on the mail service used. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged or delayed packages during transit. If your order is lost in the mail, Sunchild will be responsible for providing buyer with proof of shipment upon buyer's request.
DOMESTIC (UNITED STATES) SHIPPING
Free USA shipping on all orders over $50. All other USA orders are charged a flat rate of $7.50.
Orders are typically processed and sent out within 1-2 business days then shipped via USPS or UPS. Once the package is dropped off with USPS or UPS, delivery time is typically an additional 3-6 business days. If you need your package to arrive sooner, please contact us at contact(at)shopsunchild(dot)com for expedited shipping options prior to making your order.
Orders are typically processed and sent out within 1-2 business days then shipped via UPS with a delivery time of about 2 weeks. Some orders may be shipped via USPS or DHL. If you prefer your order to be shipped via USPS, make sure you let us know in the checkout notes or immediately once your order has been made, and expect extremely long delivery times (during covid-19, we have seen some packages take 2 months to be delivered). Canada orders pay a flat rate shipping fee of $20. All other International orders pay a flat rate shipping fee of $45.
Taxes & Duties: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package and in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Please note we must follow your country's specific shipping restrictions. If your country restricts the shipment of the item(s) in your order, the order will be cancelled, payment will be refunded, and you will be notified through email.
DOMESTIC (UNITED STATES) RETURNS
We sincerely hope you will love your purchase! If it does not work for some reason, we are happy to assist you in returning any item eligible for a return. All eligible items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging. Items purchased with discount codes are currently eligible for returns in the form of your original payment method. Hair accessories, masks, mask accessories are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons. Please make sure your returned pieces are free of human/pet hair, odor and stains otherwise your return will incur a cleaning fee.
If your return meets all of these conditions, email us at contact(at)shopsunchild(dot)com within 7 days of your order's delivery date, otherwise your order is final sale. Please include the following -
- Order/invoice number
- Item(s) you'd like to return
Once we receive your email, a Return Authorization Form will be provided to you. Please fill out the Return Authorization Form and include it with your return package. We cannot issue refunds for items returned without the Return Authorization Form. You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must arrive to the Sunchild Returns Department within 14 days of when the Return Authorization Form was emailed to you. If the delivery exceeds this, your return will not be processed.
Exchanges are treated as a return and a separate purchase. Discounts used initially are not applicable to new purchases if they are expired.
We will process your return within a week after receiving the approved return package. Depending on your bank, the timing will vary for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We reserve the right to make changes to the policy without notice, thanks for understanding.
