What is the width of these dresses? I'm concerned about the hip area. It says "loose", but how loose is loose? I'd like a somehow oversized fit and I'm normally a L on bottom.

Hi! We only have size XS & S currently in stock so we're not able to measure the size L hips right now, but we do know the size L pit to pit measures 22.5" and the dress tapers a couple inches as it goes down. Hope this helps, xo!
